Don’t Just Take It From Us,

Hear From Our Adjudicators & Choirs:

Dr Brady Allred
ARTISTIC DIRECTOR & CONDUCTOR OF THE SALT LAKE CHORAL ARTISTS
United States of America

My experience with OC11 has been really wonderful. I was here a few years ago and I can tell that the level of choirs has grown. Choirs are learning to do their historical repertoire better, more polished performances, better intonation. So I can see that the festival is really helpful to the education of these choirs.

Mr Randy Stenson
DIRECTOR OF CHORAL ACTIVITIES AT ST. MARY’S INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL
Japan / United States of America

For all the choirs that are joining OC next year, this is going to be one of the most wonderful musical experiences that you will have, especially in choral music for your musical life. Work hard, work on your literature, listen to your intonation, find that little thing that’s going to make you special, noticeable and make beautiful wonderful music that dances for the audiences.

With choir master we can improve our choir skill and be adjudicate by choir expert is so great. The Notification for venue and how to get there is very good. I think Singapore is very practical and a great choice for venue. I can make friends from abroad that we have same passion and grateful for it.

Jeannard Jay Ticong
TANGLAW SINGERS
Philippines

Tanglaw Singers have had a great time during OC11. It was our first competition (as a choir and me, as a conductor), and we sure had a great time learning from and enjoying the whole event. Promotions, responses to queries, online assistance, (even visa assistance),- all was very well done. We look forward to being at OC in the coming years.

Gala Concert was well organised. Masterclass clinicians were very good. Crew followed strict safety measures. The crew was very polite with good attitude Gala Concert. Everyone enjoyed the performances and vibrant colours on stage. The choirs were very good and they introduced their cultural songs which was very interesting. The New Zealand choir was really good. There was a lot of learning through the master class and gala concert. The experience was enjoyable.
