Upon receiving confirmation email from our festival organizers, please prepare the following documents below for submission:

• Registration Fee (Please include proof for payment)
• Audio Recording – The recording should not be older than two years. (Recordings will not be returned, nor kept by organizers)
• Brief Biography of Choir (Less than 300 words)
• Photograph of Choir (Landscape, 300 DPI)
• Photograph of Conductor (Landscape, 300 DPI)
•  5 original scores, especially published works for every composition registered for the competition (to be submitted on 30 June 2023)
• Repertoire for each competing category (Title of the Choral Pieces, Composer / Arranger, Year)

Please label all recordings, photographs and other materials with your choir’s names. Incomplete or late applications will not be admitted. The festival office reserves the right to refuse applications for artistic or organisational reasons. The application fees will only be refunded if the choir has been rejected.
